Audit confirms quality of development, implementation and service processes of LBIS/4G system

On 31 May 2024, our company LAURYN s.r.o. successfully passed a surveillance audit conducted by TÜV SÜD Czech s.r.o. The audit primarily verified compliance of the main development, implementation and service support processes of the system for spas, health resorts, rehabilitation facilities and physiotherapists LBIS/4G with the ČSN ISO 9001:2016 standard. The audit also confirmed compliance of other processes (documentation management, resource planning and customer care, etc.) with this standard.
